Our Mission
The Black Educators Advocates Network exists to transform the environment, practices, and policies that affect the educational experience for Black educators, administrators, students, and parents. BEAN centers its efforts around community building, research and discovery, and bold advocacy.

Building Pathways to Anti-racist schools
Training school leaders and districts on how to retain Black educators utilizing a framework grounded in anti-racism and inclusion.
Fostering Peer to Peer Connections
